Set-up Guide
5th step : Create Hotkeys
First, I recommend setting a hotkey for turning off/ remove all expressions. Just click on the" +” button and a popup will appear. Choose "Remove all expressions" and simply click on “REC” and push 0. Now we can turn all expressions off quickly with the numkey 0.
You could create a new expression by clicking "Expression Editor" and "Create New Expression" and turn on and change to number of parameter you want.
Then you could add expression you created before on Hiyori’s model. Let’s make another one (clicking again on the “+”) but this time we will be setting an expression. Then, we click on the blue button named “Expression” and we choose the expression we want to set. And now we link it to a key, for example, N1 (click REC button).
Every time I push N1, Hiyori sleeps. We can turn it off by pushing N1 again or pushing numkey 0 (hotkey to remove all expressions you created before).
You also can even make a key combination in case you don’t want accidentally turn them on. By assigning more than one key (for example Tab+N1), the hotkey will only turn on when all keys are pushed.
There are other configurations. You can choose the fading time, you can make the expression stop after X seconds or just keep it while you are pushing the key.
There are a lot of uses for hotkeys. You could set hotkeys in order to move your model, change size, calibrate camera, take screenshots and more. Also, I also recommend to set hotkeys for "Calibrate Camera" as it is a bit of hassle to open camera setting only for recalibration.
